I run every day for 25 to 30 minutes, but I don't feel as worn out as I do in this workout. Wow!! Congratulations!

I do run about 3.5 miles in 33 minutes almost every day. I still ache all over after trying one of these videos. I think you use the muscle that you don’t use as much when you run. After my pain goes away, I can feel that the thigh muscles are pretty strong.

Love Oliver and his workouts. Lost a lot of weight doing his programme, was 75 kg, now 62, fitter, cardio better and strength training has brought me to my lowest in years

First day of the 28 day challenge and feeling good. My legs are hard as a rock! I have been trying to hit a personal goal for over a month but nothing has been working. I think this just what I need to motivate myself and hey if I win the challenge I can invest in some new workout clothes that can match my goal physique!

Last time I worked out was 4 years ago (played first team rugby with 2 gym workouts and 1 intensive cardio a day) this right here reminded me of that, and I love it!!!!

Today is day 1 for me. I am going to print out and tick off as i do each day. Due to having arthritis, i have to be careful. I have decided to do this challenge, but do one every other day, instead of everyday. I am so glad i found it. Thank you so much for helping us get fit. I am excited. Ps all the way from Ireland

I like this workout, as I require a workout that increases my core strength. Right now, I am aerobically fit, but need to increase the strength of my muscles. (after simple shoulder surgery) This workout is also excellent for correcting poor posture. (which I also require) Last, the instruction is extremely well done. Thank you, Oliver! :)

Why should I win? Well this is the hardest I’ve tried. Usually I tend to do lazyish workouts where I give it a half effort and modify more than I probably need too. But sadly I don’t have instagram to post there. 😒. Still gonna give it my all though. Thank you for this program. You are a good trainer, it was nice to see you sweat and struggle right along side me! Much more motivating than watch an edited looped demonstration for the duration. Can’t wait till tomorrow! 😁

But I have a small request, if you can make a small video on lower back workout as i have lower back issue. I originally chose this workout because it matched my mood today. Wow 🤩 after finishing it, I’m in a much better mood. I must admitI it is deceptively challenging. Im 52 and carrying a bit too much weight. I got to 70% and collapsed, in a good way. I think I need to lose a bit more weight before i can finish this 1st video. Thank you though for helping me.

Thanks great video and great channel, just subbed. Just an idea, could you do a video where you only have the beeps but with no music so we could add our own music playlist in the back ground but the loud beeps are still there so we can keep timings, maybe call it 'add your own soundtrack workout', don't think there any others out there.
