Do this 30 min all standing HIIT workout and burn 500 calories. With no repeat bodyweight strength and cardio movements this routine is great for both burning fat and building strength. All the exercises are standing up, so you don't need any equipment, not even a mat. You can do this workout at home, or basically anywhere.

I agree on the wrist pain. I fractured my wrist 3 years ago, and now I find most exercises like push-ups and planks are too painful for me to do.

I am almost in tears that I finished this workout! Last year summer I was drenching in sweat in China doing this under lockdowns. Now I am back home and trying to do these in one spot so as not to disturb housemates. Thank you, Oliver, for these simple workouts with upbeat music!

A huge thanks Oliver. I suffered a major shoulder injury and was quite depressed that I could not be as active pre injury. Your all standing workouts save the day. Intense and a great way to start the morning and set a positive mindset for the rest of the day.

I used to do your hiit for a little while, I lost 12 kg (I'm a skinny) in addition to the exercise weight of the body and I must say thank you because I found my physique before in better! I'm used to your hiit but this one I had difficulties at times

Great workout. My heart rate went up to 149, but spent over half the time in zone 2 and 3. One of the better standing HIIT exercises I have done.
