This channel should be called noBS. What a great format. Oliver and his team thought of everything from warm up to cool down and everything in b/w. I love the feature of Oliver's Pro Tip, which is good reminder when you mind starts to wander. I find lunges challenging and love the squats so you guys thought of combining those two in this one :P I didn't even think about it as it went by so fast. Thank you for serving the community!
