Hi Margaret! Quick question for you, I sprained my ankle and ould love to still work out, do you have suggestions for a style or video i could still do? Thank you so so much

look at the classic mat playlist - those will have the most options for you that are not weight bearing on the ankle/feet, not all classes will be a perfect fit for you but if you know how to modify for you ankle you should be ok to do the non weight bearing exercises
