WOW! That felt amazing! I just bought a BCAN used to do rebounding years ago loved it then, now at 70 years young I'm back! I'm going to use this one and save up for a jump sport!Thanks and yes consistency is key! Been working out for 52 years done them all, my body craves it! And I'm worth it!

Michelle, thank you for your workouts. I am 71 years old, previously athletic but 3 years of sedentary life style was starting to show. 10 days doing your basic trampoline workout and this one this morning without stopping. Love my body's memory as it turned back on.
