My Grandmother who I never got the priviledge of knowing was from England. She passed from M.S. complications in the 50’s and I was born in ‘61. Just what I needed for my morning workout especially for tight inner thighs. I try the SAW exercise whenever you include it but I’m not improving flexibility on that one. I’ll keep at it but don’t have much hope I can get any closer to my toes. Thanks Rachel

Good session, but I don’t feel any stretch out of the spread legs/adductor move, when we’re pulling heels in. If you include that in future sessions, could you please explain it more with further prompts, thanks. I Skip the trunk twists, elbow to opposite knee in sit-ups, causes lower back discomfort; just continue doing scissoring of legs, arms supporting head.
