Hi Rachel! I’m 43 with advanced rheumatoid arthritis, and I’m so grateful for your workouts! The variety you offer is fantastic, and this one-with fewer forward bends-was perfect on a day my back was flaring. What really sets you apart is the time and care you take to prepare each exercise, ensuring we’re in proper posture and alignment. Your pacing is unmatched-spending time on each body part allows me to truly feel the movement and engage the muscles, something I haven’t found anywhere else. If you ever consider creating a wrist-friendly floor Pilates workout (I can’t bend my wrists), I’d be so grateful. Your channel is truly a gift-thank you!

I really appreciated the "foot work." We carry so much tension in our feet. I'll have to do your "treat for the feet" session again. Here's a suggestion for a foam roller video: My physio gave me an "Y I and T" exercise to do on a foam roller. It feels great. Thanks again for another great workout (with a nod to flamenco too)!
