Very thankful I found your channel! I’m 73 and have been exercising for years but as I age things get a little tougher. Your classes are wonderful. I have osteoporosis and Parkinson’s. Your classes keep me going strong!

I am an 84 year “young” female who can’t keep up with the a lot of the other exercise videos because they just move too fast or do moves that are too difficult anymore. Thank you for making these videos for those of us who want to exercise and just need a little bit of extra care.

Thank you, Rachel. When I was diagnosed with osteoporosis I became afraid of movement which only made things worse. Your standing exercises have gotten me moving again and feeling so much better. I appreciate the caution you take and the precision of the movements which is so important.

I do not have osteoporosis but I woke up with a stiff neck and shoulders and have felt sore all day, then suddenly I thought, "GO TO RACHEL"! I should have thought of this eight hours earlier but better late than never. Thanks, Rachel.

I just found your channel after searching for a way to stay strong and healthy without having to get on floor or bend too much as I suffer from bad re-flux. Never knew that I could enjoy a standing Pilates workout, what a marvelous idea. I also have creeky knees and love your video for managing knee pain. Your manner and voice are so pleasant and soothing...thank you for creating such a lovely video series

Hi Rachel. I enjoyed that. 72 y/o, used to be very active, then developed a mobility issue, some combo of sciatica/arthritis. Been working with a PT for months, still in a lot of pain. Thanks Rachel. I try to do one of your standing sessions 4/5 times a week, and really feel the benefit. I had a mastectomy and reconstruction at the same time 10 years ago, and find your upper body stretching exercises really keep the stiffness at bay. Thanks again. Linda in Spain.

I dont have either condition but found this video very good. Balance needs to be worked on but its definitely a workout to be done again. Perhaps as a warm up to a longer video. Love these standing workouts and the new camera angles which are helpful in getting and maintaining the position. Thanks again Rachel for all that you do. Been following you since first lockdown over two years now.

It's my goal now to do either in-person or a video every day. I find your videos so comforting. I appreciate your reminders to stand straight. Any thoughts about putting together an osteo playlist? I see some osteo safe videos showing in my stream so I'm thankful I'll have a few to work through.
