This is one of my favorites that I keep going back to. The core is quite challenging but having the stretch interspersed makes it doable. Thanks to Manuel for joining and making it more fun to.

A great add on to any day and any workout regime. I used this as a end of workday stretch after sitting all day. Was good to stretch, plus a bit extra added movement before settling in for the night 😉

Kit as I told u my ankle was paining, so after 4th day I took two days gape and today I completed 👍 my ankle is fine now , 5th day challeng was so good 🙏
