30 min Pilates Abs + Booty Workout | Strengthen + Tone | Sanne Vloet
Hi guys!
Welcome to the third week of Wellness month? I can't believe how quickly we have arrived here! How are you feeling? Do you feel stronger? The holidays are just around the corner and I know my time visiting Max's parents will be full of great food and some relaxation. Do you have any plans for the holidays?
I hope you're up for a good sweat today! I wanted a workout that strengthens and tones both my abs and my lower body so here is one for you! It is so nice to switch it up sometimes and I am also excited to hear from you which type of workouts are your favorite.
My goal for this month is to feel stronger than I have ever been. Do you have any fitness goals?

I find that doing your pilates daily makes me feel a lot better than HIIT or hitting weights weights. It's a lot lighter but i can fully control which muscle is working :) it's making me more aware about using my muscle and correcting my posture even outside the workout, in my daily life

I loved this! I have had the WORST deadlines at work this week so I haven't really found the time to work out at all, and I was dreading getting back into it but within 5 minutes of this I knew I made the right choice. I really love your pilates work outs :)

I'm gonna save this workout on repeat! The pacing, movements and challenge are great. Was able to follow along with breaks in between. Am amazed how you kept your composure to the end and I'm gonna keep trying till I reach that stamina as well!
