30 MIN Lower Body Pilates Workout | Booty Burner, Day 2 Challenge | No Equipment
Hi!
I hope you enjoyed the first workout of the challenge and you are ready for number 2! Todays workout is focused on the lower body so really working those glutes and booty! If you want to make it a little more challenging, feel free to put on some small ankle weights or an elastic band for more resistance!
You can really modify this workout to whatever level you need.

I love the rhythm of this workout and your calm attitude and voice 😊 After a fussy night with my 4 months old, it actually felt so good to do this! I love that you have the stretches in and oh the exercises for the arms 🤪

Whew yay that was challenging but good! Had to take some breaks to catch my breath, drink water and pee but was good workout! The white colors in video are calming but hard to see well when I’m using my phone in the basement to work out but it’s doable. I just wanted to echo that from another comment I saw about it. Great workout and stretch though!
