Thank you so much for your videos! I do almost all of my workouts with you (and my toddler 😅) and I love it so much!! I just have one urgent question: whenever I do any sort of ab exercise I aaaaalways tense up in the neck shoulder area.. that causes me bad headaces after the workout every time.. what can I do about it??? I am currently 5 months postpartum. Greetings and love from Germany! ❤

Generally after 6 weeks, but you have to start slow.. do some deep core workouts and gentle yoga and increase the intensity only if you feel no heaviness in the pelvic floor. Check with your doctor about your specific conditions if you have any.
