First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Gosh, this was a killer! I had to pause quickly a couple of times just to take a breath. This was my first Tabata workout in years, and it felt really tough. I had to make some modifications, because of my chronic back pain, but I was so happy when I actually managed to finish this one. Thank you! ^^

Oh wow. I got to give to all those who attempt this workout. This was a killer. I used 20 lbs for most and did 15lbs for others. I couldn't do split lunge jumps all the way. I took a couple of seconds break and kept going. My legs were on fire. I'm proud that I could finally do the squat dumbell swings.

スタージャンプはいつもラストが定番の流れだったのに、地獄の始まりだった😂😂🔥 残りの15%の間、自分に負けないように必死でした💪💦 Star jump was the standard to decorate the last. But it was 85%, so I was dizzy. Star jump was the beginning of hell... The remaining 15%, I didn't lose💪💪

Oh my goodness, the intensity just kept building. I had to modify with no weights at the 87% mark. I completed this after a 20-minute Metcon workout with weights. Such a challenge for the heart!!

This is perfect for my 30 weeks pregnant self :D I have been following your workout throughout the pregnancy, modifying if needed but girls, stay active if you can! I have zero complaints, still energetic (ok, till like 4pm but still ;) and both my doctor and physio therapist say that it's great to continue with physical activty. Sure, I am not as flexible and I swap burpees for other exercise, but keeping up with my workout routine has helped me tremendously.

Hey, I need your help, Actually I am 12years old, and I do workout and diet, Because my aunt and many other people bully me just because I am fat, I am doing workout since a month, but now people are telling me "you are very young for this, you can just do workout not diet, because this is the only age you can eat and have fun, And when you grow older u need to stop eating unhealthy foods, you can eat everything but in limit" Please you only tell me what should I do?? I really need your opinion! Please reply! 🥺🧡🧡

Dear Jezlin, please don’t stress yourself about any diets🧡 it’s never wrong to mind their food intake. Workout, have fun with it and try to watch your food intake.. meaning: enough carbs, proteins and vegetables 🧡
