Lowering my spine causes me a lot of pain, absurd pain! For me, the fact that I weigh about 25 kilos more is what could be causing this pain or is it the sciatic nerve... I skip sessions where I have to bend down, because if I do it will result in immediate pain !

Workout #1: 1st I did this 17min dumbbell workout kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3PGmaB5a9V1hZI I took a break then did this turbo walk... Not too intense but enough to bust a little sweat... I already consumed about 50oz of water towards my gallon so far... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 445 calories and completed 3,332 steps... Today's green smoothie is broccoli greeb cabbage power greens jackfruit pineapple strawberries bananas chia seeds flax oil blended with water... I had to use up a head of broccoli and the rest of a head if cabbage so it added more ingredients but I do not want to waste... But simple is always best! See you all mañana 😚
