This was sooo good! At the last bit with the plank, there was 15 secs left and I was ready to give up, and you said don’t drop it! Made me push through till the end. First time completing a full minute plank, yippeeee!

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

In case anyone with a disability wants to know, I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. And this channel is definitely friendly. I workout Monday through Friday, resting Saturday and Sunday. She always does 2 rounds in her videos, so I've made a plan. Monday - Upper Body (whole video) Tuesday - Cardio Wednesday - Lower Body (whole video) Thursday - Cardio And Friday - I do two of her videos, Upper and Lower Body. But I only do one round, not two. (Which is half of the video) Enjoy 👍🏻

I’m really enjoying these work outs ! As I’m a full time nursing student and a single mom of two .. I would never have the time to hit the gym (I hated going to the gym anyways ) I started on Monday and knowing that the longest workout is only 30 min I know I have the time 😊 .. I started her workouts I wanna say around September of last year... wasn’t consistent but I grew to discipline myself to keep up. Ever since she created the calendar, I’ve been feeling so so so good. & looking good too!! I’ve been pretty chubby all my life, but i gained a lot of weight throughout my last year of high school & was depressed. The definition & fat loss I’ve noticed throughout my face & back is astounding & I’ve been so hype!! Even my little sister joins me in between her classes 🥰 Thank you Maddie!! I’m highly overweight and have lipodemia and I’m trying to work myself down! I used to dance 8 years ago and was overweight, always have been! But I’ve reached a level of overweight where I’m like.. WTF am I doing with my life. I’ve been through a week of exercise I try to do a workout everyday even if it’s only 15-20min and count my calories. We’ll see how it goes.. tomorrow it’s time to go on the scale and maaan I’m SCARED! But I try to be positiv, because I finally can finish some exercises that I really couldn’t before.. my body hurts and it feels GREAT! Nothing better than working out before bed time! I always had problems with sleeping as well, and this just helps me to sleep like a baby! I’m glad I found your videos they really motivate me!
