The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

I am also on the same page with you .. working out with maddie is the most refreshing part of my day or i would say the best of my day at this challenging time of my life these days... there is always light at the end of the tunnel and sometimes all we need to do is just to get up and trust the universe while keep working out with Maddie😊😉

In case anyone with a disability wants to know, I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. And this channel is definitely friendly. I workout Monday through Friday, resting Saturday and Sunday. She always does 2 rounds in her videos, so I've made a plan. Monday - Upper Body (whole video) Tuesday - Cardio Wednesday - Lower Body (whole video) Thursday - Cardio And Friday - I do two of her videos, Upper and Lower Body. But I only do one round, not two. (Which is half of the video) Enjoy 👍🏻

This was sooo good! At the last bit with the plank, there was 15 secs left and I was ready to give up, and you said don’t drop it! Made me push through till the end. First time completing a full minute plank, yippeeee!

I have been doing your 10min standing abs for 1week now and twice a day also i have included weights in my routine ...i just hope this pays off... sundays i do ariana 15min dance workout..that’s the best part of the week..i want to lose 10kgs and lot of it is in my lower body 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ madfit wish me luck..and thank you so much for all these videos 😘

I usually don’t like combining workouts like core and legs or core and arms because it feels like half of each workout.. but I felt the burn on my arms and abs the whole time in this and the moves were fun ❤ you are a queen!

This was probably one of my favorite workouts so far. Love the fact that it's 30 minutes, and I really appreciate that most of the weight bearing exercises were on elbows instead of wrists.

I LOVE 30 min workouts with no warmup and cool down with weights, i do those by myself, I thought maybe it would be great if there were 45min workouts with weights with warmup and cooldown but then the workout is longer. Thank you Maddie I love your workouts!!!

I’m highly overweight and have lipodemia and I’m trying to work myself down! I used to dance 8 years ago and was overweight, always have been! But I’ve reached a level of overweight where I’m like.. WTF am I doing with my life. I’ve been through a week of exercise I try to do a workout everyday even if it’s only 15-20min and count my calories. We’ll see how it goes.. tomorrow it’s time to go on the scale and maaan I’m SCARED! But I try to be positiv, because I finally can finish some exercises that I really couldn’t before.. my body hurts and it feels GREAT! Nothing better than working out before bed time! I always had problems with sleeping as well, and this just helps me to sleep like a baby! I’m glad I found your videos they really motivate me!

Hi from NewZealand just tuned in to your channel did the lower ab routine was great ! I’m a guy and a Karate 🥋 practitioner and it was a real challenge even for me I’m currently recovering from a 2nd meniscus operation I have had 2 in 8 months so have been seeking all sorts of inspiration for alternative training methods . I DID IT❤️OMG I don't feel the burn but this is my first time doing a 30 minute workout, mostly focused on my form and not the speed. Im also a little underweight so im not sure if this exercise is for me, (40kg, 154cm. You can do this guys! Even maddie's feeling the burn💥

I started her workouts I wanna say around September of last year... wasn’t consistent but I grew to discipline myself to keep up. Ever since she created the calendar, I’ve been feeling so so so good. & looking good too!! I’ve been pretty chubby all my life, but i gained a lot of weight throughout my last year of high school & was depressed. The definition & fat loss I’ve noticed throughout my face & back is astounding & I’ve been so hype!! Even my little sister joins me in between her classes 🥰 Thank you Maddie!! Hello! I just wanted to say thank you for all these workouts, I have been following you for about 4 months now and eventho I tried to follow others I found your workouts to be the best and most challenging, when I started I couldn't even do a knee pushup or hold a plank but now I can do a full toe pushup with not only holding a plank but also Incorporating movements, I have abs and a descent amount of muscle since it's just 4 months. So really thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, you are such a generous person for putting these efficient workouts for free and for us students that can't afford gym memberships ❤❤❤❤

I very much appreciate the verbal tips on form, even tho I’m obsessed with having proper form, the longer the workout gets I find my form getting sloppy and then bam Maddie calls me out - very helpful!

First time doing a Madfit workout. I liked the compound moves. The first through was easy;the second round was where I felt the work! I would like your chime to be a little louder so I know when to start & stop(like when you are face down with planks, I listen for the cue). Thank you!

Split workouts are usually not what I (can) do but since I've got an insectbite in a very inconvenient place on my foot, upper body it is for today, and this was just fabulous, thank you very much.

These workouts are amazing! Great coaching to ensure good form and injury prevention. Fantastic variety of movements and the music is just the right level to not be distracting. Keep up the excellent work, Madfit!

Ok c'est officiel! Ce vidéo est dans le top 5 maintenant. Les enchaînements d'exercices sont font très bien. Honnêtement, ils sont tous agréables à faire. Quand je fais le haut du corps j'aime bien faire les ABS le même jour. Ce vidéo là est parfait. Je vais le faire 2x semaine! Merci 🏋🏻‍♀️🦊❤

I loved this one. I liked the dual focus and the longer rests in between. I also like the 60 second plank at the end. I definitely fell half way through but now I have a new goal.
