Started using your work outs July 1, 2023 and in 15 days the change in my body is so noticeable...I'm 57 and never thought I could tone my body to look like I did in my 20's...don't you stop honey...you have changed my world...xo

@@shreyosiroy4815 Just Maddie... 2x a day sometimes. A little diet change with less carbs...never seen results like this so fast! I did the work but Maddie motivation and training has helped. #teamnodaysoff. I will post my 4 month and 6month results. Ive also lost 6 inches off my waist. 🥰 loving my body!

@@fifidanielle2438 I go hard Everyday! Since starting maybe 5 days off due to low energy and menstruals. I typically will do a 10 to 15 minutes set then come back for a 30. I warm up I stretch issa a whole vibe with Maddie! I am waist training as well. Thanks again Maddie if your reading this. Life changing!

Maddie this workout is it! This workout has quickly become my go-to when I'm short on time. I feel like I do this one once a week! I get sweaty, I feel like I've accomplished something, it touches everywhere, AND it has a warm up and cool down. More of these please!!! You. Are. The. Best!

I love the way you make sure that we know what form/posture needs to be maintained and the pace of it does not overwhelm me. Thanks a lot for uploading the workout videos. I must mention , I love how you make sure each exercise is a combination if many postures/exercises, a multijoint exercise

It so low impact , it easy on the joints but wow , feel the burn !!! It's a Phenomenal twist for a full body burn , we're going to do this again tomorrow!! Maddie is doing a really phenomenal job 🙏🙏🙏🤙

This channel is the best exercise channel I've ever come across. I hope this isn't rude but I can't stand how chatty other channels are during their videos!! I love that the talking is kept to a minimum when I'm trying to focus and enjoy the music lol

I have struggled getting through workouts today. This one was perfect. I was motivated the entire time, and it was challenging enough for my skill level. I also love the videos structured this way, focusing on 2 exercises at a time.

Day 8 of December 2022 Challenge complete! I LOVED this workout. This one was so satisfying and kept me interested. I love the format of the ABAB style. Made me feel so strong! Also love when strength training turns into cardio. My favorite type of workout!

My husband and I and our 4 kids just recently moved in with my MIL who has a ton of health issues. It's been a difficult adjustment and I've been in a workout funk because of it. I decided to switch up my routine from specific body parts specific days to just full body workouts to see if it helps motivate me to get back into it and even though I've been following you for years lately your workouts have helped me more than any other fitfluencer I follow. This one kicked my a$$ without feeling totally impossible and making me want to give up halfway through. Loved the alternating sets to prevent my muscles from totally giving out with back-to-back sets. I'm a runner and this was a fantastic total body sesh to add to my training regimen. I'm going to be feeling that tomorrow for sure.

Love that kind of workout structure, it allows to better focus on doing each exercises with the right form and also love that once were doing done with each set's exercices, it's done for good instead of having to go through all of the workout's exercises one after the other again 😄❤

Day 8 done! Doing those cool downs showed me how loose my muscles are then it was on day 1! So just in a week I’m less tense! Yay!

I’ve been following your exercise for 1 year, then off for 2 months due to covid & work. Then I tried this one and i’m sweating like crazy. But this workout is truly for all aspects of your body: arm, shoulder, chest, abs, booty, leg.. you name it. It trains your breath too!! Really feel good after the exercise! I love these workouts. They are my favorite structure slow and steady, arms and glutes at the same time, with a repeat but not so many that I’m struggling to keep my form by the third round plus the warm up and cool down. Definitely my favorite

I don't lose weight, I don't gain much and I can't tone because my diet is crappy but I feel so good after 1 year of doing your videos. I can only imagine what I can look like if I were to actually follow your meal plan or take my diet seriously. My heart is as healthy as ever, my legs are toning tho, my blood work is great, my blood pressure has lowered and I just feel better!! It works if you work at it, everyone. If you don't- it's not the workouts :)

I've never sweated so much with a weight workout before! This was amazing! Perfect amount of work and rest, I'm drenched in sweat and I feel amazing but exhausted where I can't do anything for the rest of my day which is great for me!

Maddie you're transforming my body! I'm a big fan of HIIT at the gym but it gets the job done but I wasn't that happy with my muscles...until I do your workout during summer break! I feel powerful, GOOD and toned, and that is showing!

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 8: Complete ✅ I'm so glad I didn't end up skipping it today like I planned earlier. I am soaked in sweat (partially from the workout, partially because it's HOT in here 🥵), but I am feeling great! That was a blast. I need to do sessions like this more often. This is one of my favourites! I love these workouts made out of combinations: bridge + shoulder presses, and squats + whatever etc. It really feels like I’m moving my whole body non-stop in a delicious way. Go get the app too, folks!

This was an amazing workout. I love total body low impact workouts, because then I don't have to modify (I only had an issue with the planks). And thanks for including the warm up and cool down. Great stretching. Thanks for all your great workouts.

I subscribed to a gym nearly 20 years ago. Now I subscribe to you and find the workouts to be very similar to my gym without the high impact. I like just 30 minutes, the twisting and the weights.

I do at least 3 or 4 madfit sessions a day , a mix up of ur warm ups, full body, strength, hiit n cardio and cool down stretches and i love every single one of them, ur sound tracks are great too.. Thankyou ✌💖💪
