Hot herbal tea, candles only about an hour before bed, sleep meditation on my phone, cool temperature (with cozy blanket on top), eye mask!

A couple of drops of organic and strong CBD oil and no screens for 1 hour before bed, with a herbal cuppa in bed, with low fairy lights, I switch off my phone and leave it out of the bedroom until morning after, also writing things I'm grateful about in my journal and reading helps too!

Really liked that practice. The blanket was the perfect amount of prop on legs up the wall. As far as sleep tips, a lot of time I'll lay on my stomach and relax all my muscles head to toe while laying in bed. Feels intense at first, but when it feels neutral I'm ready to go to sleep.
