Hi Bharti I m 39, Today is my 1st day of pranayam, I was very lazy, waking up early for exercise and meditation was headache for me. Now when life suggested me to do that. I selected ur video is so soft and detailed. Perfect for my health issue. I m suffering from respiratory illness. My lung is not functioning as it should function. Doctors suggested The best medicine is PRANYAM. So I’ve started from today. But if make special video on lungs. It will be greatful. Thank you 🙏🏼

I ve started pranayama bcos of ur videos.. I have high bp,heart palpitations,taking multiple hypertension medicine,started following ur videos...inam feeling better practising pranayama for half an hr early mornings.

I have seen many videos on youtube for yoga. Many a times i play the video, dont get interested and then switch to another one. Its the first video that i played full and did the yoga with you. I could feel the lightness in the end and the smile that it gave me. You have saved my 30 minutes. Much thanks to you. ❤

Hello Bharti Ma'am...I am really inspired by your way of teaching yoga and practicing the same on routinely basis since a week..I had covid early last month and have recovered with some residual non-productive cough still in place...can I do all these asanas and pranayams or should I restrain myself from doing any of them?

Hi Vaibhav, have you tried this practice for covid recovery ? This is a more gentle practice if you still have after effects : kzbin.info/www/bejne/aKazYZRtg5qYjqs All the pranayama in this routine are also fine but start doing this once you have fully recovered.

If it's major surgery..then do kapal bhati after 6 months...anulom vilom can be done after one month...

Mam this video is recommended to be done before or after a normal workout?or already different time of the day .like morning or before sleep ?? please guide ..thank you for the amazing vidoes.

Hi Jinal, ideally you should do pranayama after a full Asana session. It is better to do this in the morning on an empty stomach.
