Would love to see a thirty minute arms only workout Sydney. I love ya girl!! Ouch lookin at ya twisting those hips in plank position gave me a stitch in my side lol. Not a fan of these moves but I am grateful for your older workouts those are absolutely lit!!! In fact I'm glad I don't dig these short workouts that have some tricky moves because at one point I couldn't choose which workout of yours to do and I'm glad I've got so many of them to choose from. Did your 60 power strength and loved it!!!

Hi Pallavi! I am a man and just saw this lesson because my grandma does this lesson! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together! I feel really weak and unconfident. 😟

I was worried about this workout after yesterday’s workout bc my arms were already sore, BUT I CRUSHED it!! The live stretch with Sydney in #SydneySquad last night helped me sooooo much! Wowzers!! 🤩 THAT was a great burnout Sydney!! 🔥💪🏻 That last circuit was killer!! The time flew by! I had no idea we were done!! I thought we were going to our belly for superman flutter or something!! 🤣 Thanks girl!! 😘 For those of you who felt this was easy work more on isometric tension while doing the moves! It makes ALL the difference!!

I really like when we alternate exercises of two different body parts like in this workout. I feel like I can really try to push myself with the amount of weight I'm lifting because you get rest between sets.Crushed it!

Great workout... Day light savings time has really put a damper on my routine and my kids are getting up way earlier. I've missed a lot of workouts but I've been making up for it by pushing the 3 of them up hills for a long walk. Looking forward to getting my routine back on track. I have a special request. Could you do a detailed video on how to use resistance bands for the moves we usually use with dumbbells? I would like to know how to do them correctly with the full effect. Any way to improvise while traveling would be great. I don't want to have to stop or only do cardio workouts. I love strength training. Thanks!
