Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on upper body and abs! We will rock through 3 rounds of every exercise throughout the workout. We will rock for 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used my 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some light to medium heavy weights and let's CRUSH IT!

Oh man, I can relate so hard. Sometimes my body just doesn’t have the focus or energy or it’s a bad day for my depression so I might only be giving 50% or 70% of what normal me can give but it’s 100% of what me that day can do and it honestly feels like climbing Mount Everest 🤣

First thought when I see a 30-minute workout: "Oh yay, only 30 minutes today!" Immediately followed by: "Oh no, this is going to be intense!" You would think after doing Sydney's workouts for so long that I would have figured this out by now. NOPE! The hardest move for me was the ab move (22:19) where we extended and tapped the dumbbells behind us and brought one leg in at a time while floating them. Have a great weekend, everyone!

Does anyone else feel like Sydney works back muscles we didn't know were there? I do! Sydney, toughest move was the pulse curls near the end. I held 5 pound weights and it was still hard. You're the best. Thanks, love, Jackie

At 60, with old knees, and mostly a hiker and swimmer, I find your exercises challenging. I want to get stronger so I give it my all. I love your weight sessions!

WOWOWOW I feel so accomplished after that workout. Midway i looked in the mirror and thought dang you look thicker because you havent been prioritizing yourself... well I nipped that in the butt right away! Feeling strong and motivated to take on the day, August 3, 2023. Doing the August Fan Favorites (30 min) and I switched my rest days. When you used 10 lbs for shoulders and I used 5-10s were probably my hardest moves like the last one. Sometimes smallers weights really do surprise you! Thankyou sydney and team for stellar workout.

Here for August 2023!! I really liked the different moves in this one! Definitely found the last exercise the hardest! But also Arnold press but that's because I tried 9kg(20 pounds) for 1st time on that one! 😅

That was the longest 30 mins of my life 🤣🤣🤣 the most challenging for me was prob the ab moves with dumbbells! I pushed through but had to slow down a bit. My arms are shaking! Thank you Sydney!

Toughest for me was punch up/out and pretty much every ab exercise. I'm 40 and after years and years of disconnect with my muscles my core is where I need the most work. But, I always always always stop and breathe, not stop and leave! I love my trainer y'all!

Today was a really good workout! I didn't have so much time and I wished for a 30 minute workout and as soon as I opened my KZbin there it was! Hopped in, put my clothes on and I started my day with Sydney! btw we had matching clothes today haha so I really got into the mindset. The 'toughest' move for today was personally the biceps mid curls. But we crushed it as always and can't wait for the rest to come. Ahh and my favorite move for today was the punching. I really miss the kickboxing workouts. I hope we will soon be blessed enough to get one of those. Have a great day everyone!

The final ab move (scissor move) was the hardest part for me. The first set was doable, the second was really tough, and the third killed me! Arms, legs and abs all at once. Always feel fantastic when I finish!

Crushed it! The last move was a challenge, but I crushed it with 8lb dumbbells. Right with you! I found myself waking up this morning and saying, "Okay Sydney, I am coming." Thank you so much, my body has changed since I have been working out with you.

Hi! That is such amazing strength! Is this lesson for men as well? I am a man and started this but it was too difficult! I used only 1 lb dumbbells but didn't even last 13 minutes into the lesson as my arms just gave up.😟 i am really amazed at just how strong and muscular all the women are here!

Happy Saturday!!! The Arnold presses are always a challenge for me so I am glad they were in the beginning of the workout. I have really made some strength and endurance gains in the Accelerate program.

Bicep 💪 pulses were the hardest. I met failure so went down a weight to maintain form and to keep going. Sydney’s coaching in my head 😉

I turned on KZbin, saw this did it. Great abs and arms. Hardest was all the abs. I struggle in that area with pain half way through no matter what. But I crushed it

I loved the last move. It taps into the all parts of the arm & wrist muscles. It makes for great toning. The hardest move for me, although I kick box was sustaining the punches--doing in and outs on the rest periods. Great workout, Chica!

Double arm, single leg canoe crunch 9. Bicep curl pulse, hinged 10. Slow jackknives 11. Supinated to pronated biceps extension (to the side)

I blanked out half way through just to finish! I don't even remember the toughest move. This was a C H A L L E N G E!

Double arm single leg canoe crunch was my hardest move. I had to modify the last set, but only the last set. lol Your workouts make me feel so great. My day really doesn't start until I do the workout. Thank you so, so much, Sydney. *Melinda

Wow what in intense 30 min workout!! I am feeling super tired today but i crushed this workout anyway!! I think the arnold presses were hard! and also the bicep curl pulses!!
