The scorpion, U must do it properly. U don't have to move the shoulder, must be fixed on the ground. When u move the right leg to left side turn the head to left whatching the right leg.

Mobility routines are great in the morning when your first wake up. While this routine has more weights than I would normally do for a mobility routine, you can skip the weights. All the movements are great for a pre-workout warm up too.
