Gosh Sydney you're so AWESOME with everything, your workouts, your words of wisdom and your beautiful HEART!!!!! ♥️♥️ I want EVERYONE to know about you!!! YOU are making my health journey ENJOYABLE and EASIER!!!! THANK YOU!!♥️ I have a long way to go, BUT you are right, its the small things that adds up to the big things!! I've been consistent a lil over a month and my appearance is still the same(overweight), BUT INTERNALLY, I'm changed DRASTICALLY!!! I feel stronger in a lot of ways especially my MIND!!! I would've gave up in the past, because my body image hasnt change yet!!! This is where my mind has changed for the better!! I feel AWESOME!!! I know it takes time for weight loss, but thank goodness my mind changed quickly!!!! For anyone out there like me, Sydney is right!!! Pay attention to the little things! And I always try to make a habit of telling myself thru out the day, will this help me get closer to my goal or further?? Like food choices, my thinking, lifestyle choices, etc! I'm so proud of myself when I can make it through without pausing or modifying, but I love it when I can keep up with Sydney! Definitely good evidence that the consistency is working! For anyone not sure about adding weights for the kick-boxing like moves or jumping with weights, I highly recommend looking for soft (like fabric with beans inside soft) 1 or 2lb weights that have hand straps. I got mine at TJMaxx for $5 and they make a world of difference for these kinds of workouts!

I loved this workout! I began doing yoga about 20 years ago, last few years began adding more tabata, abs, cardio workouts (now in my mid-50’s) I noticed I have so much more energy. Thank you for your wonderful workouts, challenging which is what I need, and very creative, also love your inspirational talks at the end!

Sydney, just did a 30 min work out before work. So unfit, but aim to do this to break myself back into exercise. I am 57yrs of age and want to lose weight and tone up. Your so energetic but I my goal is to keep up with the young you. thank you for your all your videos...x

Love love love tabata cardio and abs ! This was a really fun one.good variety of exercises. Love using dumbbells for the cardio moves and I used a med ball for some moves too. Crushed it!

Sydney, I have been doing your workouts for about 9 months now, and I LOVE them! Your energy is great, the variety is awesome (I like to do different things every day), and your instruction is on point. While I haven't lost any weight, I have noticed a big difference in the tone of my body. I am curious, though, (and I know everyone's body is different), but I consistently only burn about half the calories that you do. I am 5'4", 125 lbs. Should there be that big of a difference? I am always wiped out at the end of every workout, so I feel like I'm "crushing it!" :) Thanks for your hard work and dedication. I am so glad I found your channel!!
