This is the best bang for your buck. Seriously I have a toddler and 6 month old on me all. Day. Long. And I find pockets of time to do your workouts. The moves aren't complicated. I have the coordination of a baby deer and I can still do them. I had complications from my last labor and delivery that will require surgery at the end of April so I want to do as much as I can before the 6 week recovery period. Your daily videos motivate me! Especially these tabata ones that burn so many calories.

Sydney!!! I have only just started doing your workouts, and they are now my home-go-to workouts. This is by far my favourite!!! I love when you do the "superset" combos like on the last set here with the fast feet/burpees. I would LOVE LOVE to see more of these types of workouts, with no equipment! One of my favorites this year. SO GOOD. ENTERTAINING, and EFFECTIVE. My favorite was the squat squat hop/or big jump in the middle. And I like the floor burpees (very End). You’re the best Syd!
