This is the best bang for your buck. Seriously I have a toddler and 6 month old on me all. Day. Long. And I find pockets of time to do your workouts. The moves aren't complicated. I have the coordination of a baby deer and I can still do them. I had complications from my last labor and delivery that will require surgery at the end of April so I want to do as much as I can before the 6 week recovery period. Your daily videos motivate me! Especially these tabata ones that burn so many calories.

I moved into my new apartment today and I didn’t have weights to continue with the February 2023 Callander. No worries! I popped this video on and I was so motivated and encouraged as I was burning and sweating from start to finish!!!❤❤❤❤ lots of love xox

Checking in in May 2023 -- this was AWESOME. I'm sad I never did it before, but glad to have found it and crushed it today! I LOVE tabata. I'm always amazed at how hard I can work in 20 sec bursts. Thank you Sydney!

Sydney!!! I have only just started doing your workouts, and they are now my home-go-to workouts. This is by far my favourite!!! I love when you do the "superset" combos like on the last set here with the fast feet/burpees. I would LOVE LOVE to see more of these types of workouts, with no equipment! Thanks again for the workouts

Did this today!! Can’t lose too many extra calories but I really pushed myself on the last burpees cuz I’m young so why not!! Wish I’d found you a year ago when I started fitness. But now that I have I keep coming back. Thank you so much❤️❤️

Loved this! I travel a lot so often only have small spaces to workout in with no equipment) Please do more 30 minute HIIT cardio stuff, perfect way to get the day going when traveling (I think I've done every 30 minute workout of yours already about 3 times!!)

One of my favorites this year. SO GOOD. ENTERTAINING, and EFFECTIVE. My favorite was the squat squat hop/or big jump in the middle. And I like the floor burpees (very End). You’re the best Syd!

I CRUSHED!!! this workout i feel great and ready for a crazy day in the kitchen for restaurant week in sonoma county! lol This got my heart pumping and feeling great, I want to thank you so much for giving me something to awake up to and look forward to a challenge. I appreciated the non impact moves. My knee has been given me some problems lately so it was nice to get my heart rate up so high without too much pressure on my knees. Thank you!
