I totally crushed it and gave it my all.. I’ve been working out for about almost a year now and I’ve lost 60 lbs. I workout everyday and man I have to say I’m absolutely drenched in sweat from this workout. It was super fun and I loved the energy you put out. I am late but day 10 of RC90 ! I didn't feel like workout out today. I started my korean language class this monday and I am working part time after class. I felt so drowned but after I had a nice healthy dinner I had energy and crushed this workout! I feel so good!!!

This tabata workout was so fun! I loved the abs exercises, along with the cardio moves. I felt really strong during this workout, and because I felt strong I was able to really push myself. I was nice and sweaty at the end, and went on the do the 40 minute Upper Body Tone and Shred workout from yesterday. Thanks Sydney, I feel great!
