My core is the weakest and need to do sit ups with feet anchored….but definitely getting better at it. Push-ups are hard too…doing them using the bench or doing wall push ups 😬I need to work on flexibility too. Love the workouts!!!

My chest was shaking so much during the flies. OH Lordy!!! I loved it ❤💪♥️💪♥️💪 I am getting ready for STF by really focusing on the movement and muscle connection. I have a VERY busy summer in nursing school coming this summer and plan to continue these workouts to keep myself focused. 💪💪💪

Thanks for another great workout! I really need help with pushups. I am finally trying to perform them correctly and going all the down to the floor. I can only do them on my knees and I’m lucky if I get 5 in. My biggest challenge is proper nutrition

Adjustable weights- ick. Even though Sydney is using adjustable too! I am someone that changes weights a lot and there was very little transition time in this workout. My adjustable also aren’t great for kickbacks so even in a move I didn’t need to adjust, I’m uncomfortable. The burn is incredible and Sydney really made me push in ways I didn’t think possible. She’s so fierce!

I was sore and shaking after the push up set! I'm working on getting back into a viable routine after 6 weeks with an ankle injury which prevented me from doing a lot of cardio. I really appreciate your talk today on doing things that support this as a lifestyle.

I wouldn't be asking her that question honestly. She's not a doctor, dietician or gastrointestinal specialist who has specialized in those type of things. Even a registered dietician might be a better person to ask that question.

Having to focus on my mental health more than anything lately and these workouts are a huge part of that. No better way to get in the mindset for your day than this. More important that I track my mood vs calories for now so I might gain a few pounds but that's OK!!! Thanks for the serotonin and confidence boost Sydney!
