Day 8 of Balance complete. I had loved this short and spicy workout a year back and loved it today. Sweating like crazy. Held onto the weights I picked up and did both arms at every stage challenging myself even though my arms were shaking. Friends you all can do it. Proud of you all. 💕

I am glad I took your direction and am deloading this week. I can really feel that mind/ body connection. My arms are still tired after this workout so I know I still got a good workout in.
