A must try creamy shrimp alfredo pasta!
It is surprisingly easy to make and ready in under 30 minutes. This shrimp fettuccine is great comfort food.
Ingredients for Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta:
3/4 lb fettuccine or penne pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp oil
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of butter
3 cloves of garlic
2/3 cup white wine
4 dl heavy cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
S&P to taste
Parsley or basil for garnish if desired
