This is an outstandingly deceptive video. You may think it is easy, but think again. As a former Pilates mat instructor and one who's been participating in mat Pilates & Reformer for some time now and over 60, this is the best fusion small space no equipmet video I've found to date. I also have a variety of physical issues from years of practicing other forms of vigorous physical exercise that were too impactful for my body. This gentle form of exercise was perfect, calming and not simple at all. Well done Jessica. Give us more!!!!

I had planned to do a high-energy cardio workout this morning, but I woke up feeling exhausted and sore, so I reevaluated my choice. I didn't want to just do a stretch, so I thought this one might be a good option. It was perfect! I feel much better now than when I started out today and I am proud of myself for choosing to push myself a little. I loved the part where you said not to judge what was going on today, but to just be aware of how my body was feeling. Your encouraging attitude has helped me make so much more progress than I ever thought possible. Thank you, Jessica!

I almost skipped this one because you made it sound so light and gentle and I was looking to get my heart rate up and sweat a bit, but I decided to check it out and it's sneaky. It is light and gentle but it also got my heart rate up and my sweat going. Thanks for another winner of a workout.

Sometimes the brain is full of negative energy and can be compared to a radio playing that isn't quite tuned in. Today was one of those days for me. This workout cleaned up my brain and the hypertension connected to negative & cluttered thoughts. Peanut is a reminder that we all need to nap.

8/5/23 - Just did this workout again; I absolutely love it! It's great to do at the end of the day to wind down, and I always feel so refreshed afterward. Thank you so much, Jessica! I've been doing a variety of your workouts for several years now, and I also joined the "All Access Pass" last year, which is one of the BEST purchases I have ever made for my long-term health. I'm 64 yrs. old now, so I know I need to keep moving to stay flexible, toned, strong, and in balance (literally and figuratively). ... I also love Peanut and enjoy seeing her on your older videos, even though she passed away two summers ago. We had to put our little Yorkie down last Sept., so I can totally relate to how sad that is. I believe that Peanut and my little Rivie (pronounced Ree-Vee) are playing together up in heaven and watching us both work out, Jessica! ... I've done a lot of your videos, so it's high time that I commented...and this workout has compelled me to do so! This was just what I was looking for. I attend a gym that would never have a workout like this (they had ballet barre for a while, but it didn't do well--have power hot yoga where it is jumping around as fast as you can and doing pushups!). At 64, this is how I enjoy working out---stretching, balancing, moving, coordinating, and most of all, appreciating being able to move without worrying about whether I am sculpting my body to perfection or how many calories I am burning. It's getting so that if exercise doesn't come with some mindfulness and fun, I'm really not interested---but this kept me so engaged! I've noticed you don't post as many workouts as you have. Please know that you are appreciated. You offer such good explanations and keep your workouts creative. And you keep it real! You are inspiring but not intimidating. With some instructors, it's more about their egos---"look at me and what I can do," but I feel that you honestly care about including and encouraging as many people as possible to exercise because it's good for them on so many levels. I even like that you wear your hair back---there are so many videos (yoga, especially) where the instructors are flipping their hair around and it's so distracting---and disappointing that they haven't checked their egos before starting the camera. And best of all, we got to know what Peanut is thinking (tell her I didn't doubt for a second that she was meditating, not sleeping!).

I have worked out with Jessica for some time. Like the variety --I can choose which days to really push myself. Two weeks ago I broke my foot. The doctor says I can do low impact but walking really hurts. Today I did this workout. Wow! Sneaky challenge is right. Worked up a sweat and could modify to protect my foot. Thank you Jessica Smith.

Since I discovered your workouts, I quit Jazzercise.(The music was way too loud and annoying. Plus I had to workout on their schedule, not mine.) You are a Godsend for me! Another great workout. I have purchased several of your workout video's but like that I can add your utube workouts to the mix, it gives me so many options to chose from. This is by no means an easy feel good workout. Well, maybe when you're younger. But pushing 60 I found this pretty challenging. Very good for balancing and also brain and body as some of the exercises were rather complicated. As you grow older, brain and balance need the extra exercise. So thanks, planning to do this one regularly!

Jessica, this is a beautiful workout. I am still recovering from a bout of lower back pain that kept me from working out for a week. I eased back into concentrated exercise with this video and I feel great. There is no one one earth that we spend more time with than our physical bodies, and I think it is so effective to nourish our bodies with the same love, care, and respect that we would if it be our significant other, child, best friend, or loved one. Thank you for this. Nobody should feel guilty for doing this workout! I for one am sweaty and my heart rate is up, and I don't feel like I needed to do a more intense workout today. Please, everyone, be good to yourselves. Otherwise, exercise can never be as effective.

Jessica thank you, I needed a routing exercise just like this. This clip will help counteract the sedentary lifestyle we are bound to, in North America. We drive too much, seat too much! ( I have not walked in town or in the woods since the new year blessed me with its COLD presence) Our bodies are structured to walk an average of 7.5 miles per day!! Regretfully 65% of my life has been driving or flying....so seating!!!!! I wish my hubby would get hooked on your videos! He seats A LOT, although not overweight, he is definitely on the Peanut league ! Cheers!

Your workouts help me so much and I needed this one today. Had a really hard surgery last year and your videos helped me get back to working out again slowly when I was finally able to. Even though I'm doing well 1 year out, depression and lack of energy have been unwanted companions. Listening to the wisdom of my body and honoring how hard it is working does help.
