I’m a skinny guy looking to size up but I don’t really know what I’m looking for . I’ve been swinging. A kettlebell around for well over a year now and I am seeing no difference even with diet changes . Do you think this is the workout for me ? If not do you have any suggestions / tips v

Have you upped your KB weight in that time, or upped the time of the workouts, you need progressive overload to grow with whatever workout you do

This video is very dangerous and includes too many movements that can strain the wrist. It is not suitable for beginners at all. If done without control, you will definitely get injured. This workout should not be done; your health comes first. You should have mentioned that this video is not suitable for beginners. There isn't even a warm-up or cool-down 👎👎 ⚠
