Woo hoo, day 1 of the Prime program! I'm IN! 💪 Great format, unilateral moves first half, then compound exercises second half. Perfect! 👍For a little extra burn, I added a 10-minute cardio HIIT right after this. I'm sweaty and happy! 💦😁

This was a great one! Quick and engaging. I loved PRE last year so I’m glad to see a similar program this April. Recommitting to my early morning wakeups and consistent nutrition this month

Ok, this workout was awesome! The format was fun and challenging! The variety kept things interesting, and the time flew by! My shoulders are still toast from REPS, but i pushed through the presses! I grabbed the calendar, it looks 🔥 Amazing workout! Thank you!

Hello Everyone, I don't usually comment, but I just can't hold back anymore. I been working out with Sydney for few years now. Year after year, she and her team bring us happy, healthy, and strong (her motto). This Prime month is just incredible! I mean, just when you think she can't top the previous month, she does it again! I am loving every single workout like a teenager falling in love for the first time, hahah! I mean, really, the production is amazing: the stage, the lighting, the music, the outfits, the editing, etc. The front and back end of video production is so good! And we are getting this for free?!! No ads in between?! Thank you so much! Oh, not to mention the workout itself. These unilateral workouts make my brain sweat even before the workout begin because I know I will need to concentrate with each movement; and doing it with heavy weights, mind/muscles connection and balance. I love it! I am not just working out; I am stimulating my brain, growing my strength, strengthen my muscles, improving my sleep, this is everything! Sydney is a knowledgeable and encouraging trainer who inspires and challenge you to be your best. Working out with her has been one of the best thing I've done for myself and will continue to do so. I am Team Sydney! Thank you for reading, everyone :) and never stop being the best version of yourself (her motto) Cheers!!

Oh my gosh I love the set!!!! I’m a black and gray chick so I’m loving it. I did take things slow today as I’ve been struggling a little bit with a muscle pull. Not stopping just adjusting the weights and going a little slower. Have a great Monday…if you ate some more yesterday than normal just get back on track!!!
