I’ve regularly done your workouts since March of 2020. They’ve been a non negotiable part of my life. For the last three weeks I’ve been in a deep depression and have barely been able to get out of bed and put one foot in front of the other. Today, I prayed for strength to do this, and I did it. 🙏❤️

Whew! Felt great! I look forward to the rest of the journey. Love the modification option as my balance (at 62) is not as good as I'd like. I've been overweight most of my adult life with periods of a few years each time of good fitness - strength, cardio and nutrition. Now at 62 I'm sick of not feeling as strong as I was 3 years ago. You will be my main coach now since, during quarantine I left my gym and we've built an exercise room in our garage. It's been hard to get workouts in - 3 year old, 5 month old, working full-time etc etc...But I'm so sweaty and happy and relieved to have succeeded at Day 1 of this new challenge STF 3.0!!!! Way to go everyone - thanks Sydney for reminding us to treat ourselves like royalty...

Crushed it!!! Had to get all 3 of my kiddos on bed and get it done at 9pm but I did it!! I just had my 3rd baby 2 months ago and I'm so happy to have found your channel! Every workout with you is like my own personal therapy session. 😂 Thank you❤

Beyond stoked for this 3 month program. Especially since today I pulled out the 25lbs for the final set of hammer curl press and then used them for the entire time for rows and overhead triceps. I am so shocked and proud of myself. Thank you SO much Sydney, absolutely crushed this! Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone
