I am so proud of you for rocking this workout with me! Make sure you grab your workout calendar so you can know how long each workout is, what equipment you need, and what type of workout to expect! A lot of people have said they are so much more consistent with the calendar and they know how to plan their day around the workout duration! @@TheMysticalDragon999 watching ads without skipping will provide Sydney a greater revenue ( so basically you tubers are paid on the basis of ads, how much time does their subscribers view the ad on their video. More time we watch more the revenue is produced) it is just a suggestion as she does so much for us already

I’ve regularly done your workouts since March of 2020. They’ve been a non negotiable part of my life. For the last three weeks I’ve been in a deep depression and have barely been able to get out of bed and put one foot in front of the other. Today, I prayed for strength to do this, and I did it. 🙏❤️

I always pray for strength, stamina and endurance for my workouts with Sydney! They are tough but I am tougher 💪 You can crush this!!! We all can 🏋‍♀️❤

Redoing this challenge because I just bought weights and can finally do it to my full potential! I'm determined to get through all 3 months without skipping. But that's a big goal, so I'm going to set it for two weeks without skipping a workout first! If you're doing this full program too, you got this!

Favorite thing about Sydney's workouts: my 5 year old son gets to listen in to your wonderful body positive speeches at the end of each workout. He is even my little motivating personal trainer now. Love that influence!!

I litterally cried at the end. I stopped working out for 2 months and I thought I had lost my motivation, my strength, everything I've built!. Here I am today, completed that first workout very proud of myself!

This workout FLIES by! When I started working out with Sydney, I struggled with 8 lb. weights. I'm happy to say that I bought my first set of 15 and 20 lb. dumbbells this week and already rocking the 15 - and I'm 62. Thanks for your coaching through these workouts Sydney; you say just the right things to help me power through every time!

I first started working out with Sydney during summertime fine 1.0 in 2019. This challenge feels like an anniversary of sorts. This is the longest I’ve ever stayed dedicated to regular workouts. Yey!!! Big start to Monday for the summertime fun. All ready to hit this challenge. We can do it friends. Just finished with this workout and crushed it. Loved how much it worked on balance and core. Sydney's 30 minute deep body stretch was my finisher for the day.

Chose summertime fine to start from the beginning in order to be ready to bust my ass at my internship in the national parks this summer! I love these workouts because it makes it so simple: show up and do it. All I have to do every day, is this one simple thing and the I will be strong and ready to hike all summer! Thank you Sydney! I am almost 60 years old. My husband says we're old. I refuse to be old. This is my first time doing Sydney's workouts. I absolutely love it. I have a hard time with my balance and struggled at first but it didn't take long for me to get the hang of it.

I'm starting this challenge because college is hard and it's put me in a position where I'm just unmotivated towards prioritizing my health, and it shows. Thanks for providing us with so many amazing resources and outlets Sydney:)

I took 8 days off to heal a tattoo. Man I missed these daily workouts! Thank you for the stretches because they kept me moving throughout last week. Now let’s crush this STF! ☀️💪🏼

Whew! Felt great! I look forward to the rest of the journey. Love the modification option as my balance (at 62) is not as good as I'd like. I've been overweight most of my adult life with periods of a few years each time of good fitness - strength, cardio and nutrition. Now at 62 I'm sick of not feeling as strong as I was 3 years ago. You will be my main coach now since, during quarantine I left my gym and we've built an exercise room in our garage. Thank you Sydney.... and props to my 25 year old daughter who sent me the link to your channel.

I am so excited to celebrate working out with Sydney since STF 1.0 in 2019 and it is incredible to arrive here today crushing day 1 of STF 3.0. It is humbling to witness how much Sydney and Dustin have given of themselves on bringing accessible and best-quality home fitness to people all around the world. Their passion and resilience are infectious. Deep gratitude to you, Sydney, for finding new ways to bring out the best versions of ourselves. We very much appreciate all that you are and do. I am proud and grateful for all the growth my body/mind/spirit continues to evolve into. Let's continue to show up for each other.

It's been hard to get workouts in - 3 year old, 5 month old, working full-time etc etc...But I'm so sweaty and happy and relieved to have succeeded at Day 1 of this new challenge STF 3.0!!!! Way to go everyone - thanks Sydney for reminding us to treat ourselves like royalty...

Crushed it!!! Had to get all 3 of my kiddos on bed and get it done at 9pm but I did it!! I just had my 3rd baby 2 months ago and I'm so happy to have found your channel! Every workout with you is like my own personal therapy session. 😂 Thank you❤

Beyond stoked for this 3 month program. Especially since today I pulled out the 25lbs for the final set of hammer curl press and then used them for the entire time for rows and overhead triceps.
