The way I audibly gasped when I saw the jump squats 😂 😳 I was not ready to be airborne….but I did it…slowly…but still done 😂

I have been a trainer for 9 years. I am now going to back to school, so much studying and hardly have the time and energy to want to workout. I’ve been so used to creating my own workouts, but ya gurl has no more brain power after studying. You two have been my saving Grace, making me feel accomplished, challenged and amazing every time. Training for a 5K obstacle course. Today I did your 15min HIIT plyo, then this workout at a fast pace. All I can say is, weighted squat jumps got me screaming 😱😱 BUT....got'm done 💪🏻💪🏻 So thankful for you guys!!! My husband and I have been following you all exclusively for over 2 years now. Hi Juice & Toya! You both are THE BEST! After a really bad neck sprain a few months ago caused by a weak upper back and months of PT, I realized I had hit rock bottom in my physical training. After desperately searching online for good beginner workouts, I ran into both of you. I haven't looked back since. Listennnn this was a beast! I didnt do the jump squats I worked my arms instead. Started in September with you guys and im here stronger than when I started! My body is changimg and im learning to be patient with my body as well as being mindful of what I feed it! Thank you both!

These workouts are great for when your time is limited. As a bi-vocational Pastor, these workouts are excellent to get a good sweat going and to get a good pump in when I am crunched for time. A big shout out to Juice and Toya!
