I have been a trainer for 9 years. I am now going to back to school, so much studying and hardly have the time and energy to want to workout. Training for a 5K obstacle course. Today I did your 15min HIIT plyo, then this workout at a fast pace. All I can say is, weighted squat jumps got me screaming 😱😱 BUT....got'm done 💪🏻💪🏻 So thankful for you guys!!! My husband and I have been following you all exclusively for over 2 years now.
