I've become a big fan of your videos : your voice is soothing and gives me ASMR chills. I love that you keep the sounds of nature (breeze, birds, rooster, waves) and don't put music until the end... Keep going ! :)

Don’t know why, but I got sooo sweaty, felt sick and on the verge of crying when I got to mountain pose near the end of the practice.. Do you have any idea why? Thank you so much. I have dedicated myself to minimum 10 minutes of daily yoga, and I just love your videos ❤
