REALLY love this shorter workout! Could use more of these, especially intermediate or intermediate/advanced. This was lots of fun, not too repetitive, and I was able to squeeze it in this morning hen I was short on time. Much appreciated!

Only had a little time today so I picked this work out - somewhere along the way I realized I may have done it although I don’t know maybe I just previewed it! Either way it was still fun loved the 80s vibe and the routine was really good I used a set of risers again! I am not able to take your live classes, but I will do them afterwards! I think I caught a post that said you injured your back, I hope you are feeling much better.
