REALLY love this shorter workout! Could use more of these, especially intermediate or intermediate/advanced. This was lots of fun, not too repetitive, and I was able to squeeze it in this morning hen I was short on time. Much appreciated!

This was so much fun. It's the most advanced moves I've done this far, but the BPM made it easier for me to get through. I got hung up on a few moves, but the choreography was so motivating, I've decided to save this video so I can master it. Thanks Chris for another great workout!

Only had a little time today so I picked this work out - somewhere along the way I realized I may have done it although I don’t know maybe I just previewed it! Either way it was still fun loved the 80s vibe and the routine was really good I used a set of risers again!
