Your workouts have helped me fall in love with fitness again. I was diagnosed with a neurological disease 13 years ago, and the pain was debilitating. After serious back and in knee injury in November 22, and numerous doctors and specialists I was finally cleared for p/t. Graduated last week. I've restarted your basic step workouts and feel so much better. Thank you for your work. Your videos are easy to follow, your instructions are spot on, and I just love your energy. Hi Chris....I wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed your step classes!!! I found you on youtube about a month ago....you are a really great instructor! I started doing step almost 30 years ago and haven't been able to find a really good step classes that I can do at home (I live a long ways from any gym, which most gyms don't offer any step classes anyway, so I work out at home all the time.) You are IT now!! Your other videos for strength, core, abs, stretching, etc are all awesome too! Thank you SO much for sharing your trainings with all of us!!! I am very grateful! :-)

@@CDornerFitness Me too! And you teach so simply and clearly!! It's sooo great! I'm obviously not as young as I was 30 years ago when my kids were little and I was going to the gym regularly, so some of the slower beat step classes with some basic steps are perfect for me (I just raise up risers when I want to for more cardio). You show alternatives ways to do some things that are 'not as intense' (or advanced) in all of your videos....I love that due to some injuries and surgeries I have had. And your infectious joyful smile you show us during your classes is wonderful! Thanks again for sharing your talents with all of us - the world needs more caring folks like you! ❤️️

I used to use risers all the time on my step, but I backed off after some things last year. Thought I'd use your basic-not-boring series to recondition myself...Today's was a winner! I'd like to see the "diagonal over, then step-kick-back" sequence (which we practice earlier on, but isn't in the actual final routine) in an intermediate routine sometime to link moves, I think that'd be fun! ^_^

I have two teenage boys who are 13 and 14, and a 2 year old. We started over again (as some like to call it). I have always enjoyed cardio (especially running), but found it difficult as my baby turned into a toddler. So I started looking on KZbin for something. I found a few other step videos that I liked, but then I found yours and I love them 💕. I have always shied away from any kind of strength training, but your videos have gave me the confidence to start. I especially like when your videos that combine strength training with the step. I know this is a long post, but I just wanted you to know how awesome and inspirational you are. Thank you for all of the different varieties of workouts for the days that are super busy and we need a quickie, to the days that we want go hard do a total body workout, and for the days that we are trying to get back into rhythm after putting a whole turkey in out bellies 🤣😅.

Ten minutes in you're doing diagonal cross overs moving backwards, forwards, sideways, kicking and stepping the whole way. I kept tripping off my step trying to watch you and also do the steps and after the third time and almost breaking my ankle I gave up. I guess I need a BEGINNER beginner video.

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your feedback. Nowhere in the descriptions does this say Beginner, but this is basic. I have a a full playlist of step tutorials that teach you step as if you have never even seen a step before.. here is that playlist....kzbin.info/www/bejne/a57cqYZpi7drr6M This was also linked in the description. Here is another video that may be easier for you.. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bXylhqqOppx4f8k Step is NOT easy, so it may take a little to learn...Keep it up, you will get it. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU❤️

@@CDornerFitnessThanks, I can read. If you type in "beginner step class" in the search bar this video comes up in the top 5 and all of the comments from the other viewers made it seem as if it were a good starting point. So, let me edit my original comment to say that this is NOT BASIC. (At least not for me or possibly someone else that is just getting started and would like to know that before getting overwhelmed and possibly injured 10 minutes in.) Hope that helps ❤

@@mcrotts123 I was honestly trying to help by supplying you with some links that may help you learn and get better. What youtube comes up with when you type in a certain thing is not always what you get. Hope you can find what you need if it be on my channel or somewhere else.
