Take an expansive and meditative healing journey to the astral plane in this high-frequency 30 minute kundalini yoga kriya. It's known simply as Astral Projection, and it does what it says on the tin. It's a fun meditative kriya that brings us into a place of healing and peace. Prepare for lift off - and I'll see you in the astral plane!
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
