this is a “sweat in your eyes” type of workout like my whole body is burning and sweating buckets 😭 and nicole is the living embodiment of reassurance she doesn’t even talk much but she motivates me to keep going and makes me feel strong :’)

After doing your exercises every day for 1 1/2 years now I thought it is time to write a comment myself. I love it to waken up, checking how I feel that day and how much time I have and being able to pick and choose the fitting exercise for that day. I read your comments, and I will add to this. Nicole is one of the best intructors I have followed. (& come across) About 2 months back, I had this terrible pain( like carpel TS), so it's difficult to work out on a mat when you have pain- particularly your✋️ are burning with pain & numbness. The Bowen/& massage therapy helped. However, these sessions I will do with Nicole, I reckon for the rest of my life. M A S S I V E help, and love ❤️ getting up in the morning for my 6 sessions, the music, her genuine caring nature,so well done👌 with the Sunday break. So, I am greatly blessed to have stumbled on your videos and commented⚘️🕊thank you. God bless 🙌

whew yet another perfect one! broke out in such a perfect sweat in only 20 minutes and such a good burn. I love the transitions of music you do from more upbeat, to chill when its stretch time.

OMG, I have to confess that before starting, I saw the video and thought, "20 minutes won't be enough." I figured I'd do another one afterward to complement it. WTF, I finished the 20 minutes and my body is on fire! Incredible workout, Nicole, thank you! 🥵🔥

This is a great effective and quick add on that delivers barre class shaky legs but gets you in and out. Beautiful production value too, which is lovely.

When I tell you I was dripping with sweat, but was determined to keep going! I'm especially proud of myself because I've been doing these workouts by Nicole for a while, but usually I last half the routine, but today I went to the end. To everyone reading this, you can do it and even if you need extra breaks or don't finish this work out, I am proud of you, because trying is already more effort put in, than someone else has. I have been doing your workouts for 6 months I lost so much weight after giving birth to my youngest that I felt so weak. After these 6 months I feel stronger! I’ve went up a few sizes in bottoms, my body overall looks more toned. I have less back pain than before I cannot express how thankful I am for your videos. This was my first ever Pilates class, I decided to try it because o tiktok, and I almost passed out!!! I’m going to do Pilates 3 times a week and continue my weight lifting 4 times a week. I never felt so good like this after a workout and it was harder than the weights!!! Gonna keep you guys update if anyone is interested in my weight loss and health lifestyle 🤙🏻🤙🏻😍

First time trying Pilates and this was a harder workout than my weightlifting program! I'm so stiff too so I am excited to try a new way of training that will hopefully loosen me up a bit while also helping me tone and lose weight. Thank you for your video! So easy to follow and your pleasant voice helped me stay calm when I thought I was going to give up! 😂

First time I used the thin, stretchy band but this time I used a band similar to the one you are using and it made all the difference. No rolling distraction! GREAT leg workout. Thank you

Well, Nicole, this booty strengthening class kicked my booty, so to speak! 😆 I worked up a nice sweat and by the end, I was feeling every muscle in my lower body. I know I will be sore tomorrow - which I love! It lets me know I’ve worked hard. Thank you for another great class! 😘

I love this workout because it’s so easy to elevate the difficulty with just a few light hand weights or stronger resistance band. Means the intensity is easily adjustable and can be taken anywhere because it doesn’t require much space. Intense 20 minute workouts are amazing for vacation and things like that. Just stellar.

Nicole, I found your channel during COVID, and it's helped me so much in maintaining my mental and physical fitness. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and passion! If I could make a wish, could you do a non-squat lower body video? I love these squat exercises, but a few weeks ago I heard my knees are shot, to an extent it's jeopardizing my part time job as a group fitness instructor. I need to stop squatting, running, jumping, everything for at least six months to see if I can get the pain under control. So, if you've been thinking about something like that, I'm sure others would love a knee friendly video as much as I would. :) In any case I will continue to love, use and appreciate the existing videos.

I love these banded leg workouts! I’m 40 weeks pregnant and these are a nice alternative to the heavy weight workouts that don’t feel good anymore. I’m nowhere near as graceful or smooth as you but I still get the good burn :) thanks for sharing!

Nicole, you really got me on this one.🤣 I usually don't sweat a lot but today got me dripping enough to fill a bucket with sweat! How do you look so elegant while doing it? I’ve been strength training for 10 years including CrossFit and heavy weight training. this has to be the toughest exercise I have ever done without any weights or equipment besides a band. 😂 love it.

I needed stop a little bit, this workout slapped my face so bad! I'm so used to do streight workout and I've decided to do something new, it's just 8 minutes and I'm already so tired!!! Thank you Nicole, for this amazing video.
