When my son was little, one of his favorite books was called "Beautiful Oops" -- about making art out of mistakes. That's what this class was. Your "bad mood" was actually really inspirational, seeing you push through it and be in a better mood at the end, or maybe not that much better, but you were still real. I also loved the MJ music. Whatever his personal life (which I tend to see as sad, not criminal), his music was great. The shorter length was also what drew me to this class today; I wanted something short! Beautiful oops!

I really appreciated this low impact cardio. I am a typical high impact person but I have struggled so bad with plantar fasciitis and soon doing EPAT treatment hoping it helps. So much pain. Because of foot pain I started following my own training plan (which is YOU). Instead of jumping I do step and low impact often. I also love that you keep me working on strength and doing full body workouts with weights and bands. You are so incredibly encouraging and respect that all of us are at different levels. Also, I too, often wake up not feeling like working out but when I use your videos and listen to you I know I can do it. And I always feel so much better afterwards. I have been following you for many months, close to a year. I cannot thank you enough. You are the BEST.

Chris. This was amazing. Even though low impact-I up’d up some moves. The arm moves were fantastic. was without weights, the drive was watching you and hoping to achieve some of the definition that I see in your arms. It kept me going and arms never flailed or went down. Huge fir me !!!Thank you so much for producing a great workout today.
This workout was a life-giver! I did a pretty good number on my ankle a few weeks ago (again) and, although I had been cleared for light cardio, I was under strict orders not to jump. This workout fit the bill perfectly and allowed me to MOVE again, which I had been missing terribly! Thanks for showing up even when you don't want to. ❤
