Wow🥵definitely going to feel that - good pace, but very challenging! Felt I had a bit of a cold last few days, glad you’re better! Had a bit of lower back pain, but I backed off, lowered legs as needed - I’ve noticed it last year or so, not your exercises, my aging back and hips! Your sessions help loosen, warm me up, actually- just have to listen to my body, as you always tell us. Thanks for another great session, you really hit the trouble spots, and I appreciate it - hope Boo did alright with the Guy Fawkes Night fireworks 💥, and you and Kerwin didn’t have to listen to blaring jazz all night to cover it up!😉💪🏼🧡💛💚💙

Yi Yi Yikes 😳 just finished this workout & found it really challenging but soooo good for my core. Lots of shaking but able to do it all. Many thanks Rachel as always a great workout 🙏❤️

Hi Rachel! So glad you are feeling better. This is what I needed. My tummy was shaking but was able to do almost all of the exercises without modification. Will keep working at it ! Have a great weekend everyone! Hope to see Boo next time.

I think that I forgot to comment on this. Currently completing on a hotel room floor. Did it all in front of a huge mirror. Thought it would be horrifying but I was pretty amazed by what I can do with my body. Thank you for helping me to feel in control of my body and aging, x

This was a challenge, mainly because I had a hard time following some of the moves. The only way I can position my mat is so my feet point at the TV so I can’t clearly see what you’re doing because I’m looking under my glasses and in order to see you clearly I have to sit up. Then by the time I’ve figured it out you’re onto a different move! I need to figure out some other configuration. But I do feel I got benefit out of this workout.

Just completed it- love the way it is so centred on the core. When doing the waist whittler should your shoulder blades remain on the mat or is there some wiggle room allowed? Stay well!

Yes, the waist whittler, you wnat to aim to keep them down but there is a little wiggle room, as long as you feel that core kick in when you bring the legs back to the centre you're whittling that waist 💕 Thanks so much for your donation for my Poppy Day Pilates, really appreciate it and so will the Royal British Legion Charity xx
