Thank you ma'am I sat down for meditation for the 1st time at 3:30 this morning. I'm 27 and I've never experienced anything lik it. Mostly music meditation was done. Now this seemed lik a new experience. I could understand my body and mind. I knew that the universe was the same. its an incredible. I liked your voice. Good to hear. thank you... 🙏🙏🙏

imma keep track on day 3/50 - day one was surprisngly effective, went from anxious and embarrassed to: almost falling asleep - kinda forgot i was meditating cus it was so peaceful. (2) rlly felt a difference in my peace of mind. Cant wait to complete this and see changes.

I'd say it's refreshing to have silence, and not the schlok that passes for music the rest of them force us to listen to. This is not Hollywood. The world's a noisy place. Silence is much needed. Please enjoy the silence.

Laura Warriorforlife I like the silence. I’m a musician and an auditory learner, so whenever there is music during meditation it makes my brain take over and makes me “think” way more than I want to during meditation. It consumes my thoughts and is distracting.

I agree. This world is already full of noise. That’s how we love to distract ourselves. Focus on her guided meditation. That’s not easy to do. It’s very easy to mindlessly listen to the music and day dream.
