Appreciate the silence, refreshing for a meditation not to play muzak. Thank you, it feels authentic and real.

If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath. Full moment by moment awareness of your long slow deep breath ❤❤❤❤❤

Normally,my mind is like a busy roundabout on a main road. Thoughts of the past, present and future pass like drivers in an anxious hurry to get 'somewhere ',but i dont know where. This lesson has helped me enormously in my quest to pause all thoughts for a while and simply listen to the miracle of breathing air. Just listening to it and feeling it on my tongue. Fabulous 👌

Lovely Meditation. .......Buddha spent six years meditating on the essence, causes, and cures for human anguish. In the end, he came to the realization that suffering is not caused by ill fortune, by social injustice, or by divine whims. Rather, suffering is caused by the behaviour patterns of one’s minds. Yuval Noah Harari (Sapiens)

The only meditation for a moment, when 10 minutes is not enough, but you don't have 15!

A really nice guided meditation that remembers you about not being too critical and judgy toward oneself during the practice. Who'se voice is it? It's really soothing.

Tasha Watch in pretty much every meditation you need to sit still and observe, and if you feel the need to move or shift around then you most likely need this kind of meditation
