No that was indeed rice milk! It's a mix of rice-almond milk (they emphasise the "almond" part in the packaging for marketing purposes I assume, but it's mostly rice milk with a bit of almond).

30 seconds in and I’m already happy I’m watching because this is the first morning routine video I’ve ever seen that has someone waking up at 9am! I like to watch routine videos because it motivates me to push through my own routine. But when so many routines start at 5 or 6 am it makes me feel guilty for sleeping until 8 or 9. So it’s nice to see a routine that matches mine better. That’s the beauty of KZbin! 😄

My morning routine for the last 2 months is good 20-30 minute HIIT workout. I really want to lose fat before summer. I am at 250 lbs of body weight and my goal is 220 lbs before July I hope. I even got myself personalized meal plan from Next Level Diet. I am not leaving anything to cause.

Daily HIIT? Not the best way to go, and to lose fat you’re better off by getting into a caloric deficit. Fat needs a lot of oxygen to oxidize (“burning” fat), if all you do is HIIT, all you burn is carbohydrates.

@@russoprimera I mean what about doing HIIT in the morning for 30 minutes the doing LIIT for the rest of the 30 minutes to calm your body...caloric deficit of below 1800 calories a day then a 30 minute HIIT workout in the evening before taking a shower. Its really guaranteed to see weight loss in a month if you do it consistently

Im actually against making your bed right away after you wake up because you want to air it out and allow moisture to dry. but I like making my bad the keep it dust free and clean. but I dont make it because, with 2 small kids at home with 1 doing distant learning...I need a "breakroom" aka my bed, but under the sheets where its warm and comfortable. Most days I dont make my bed but I'm going to start, so I'm not tempted to veg-out in the day time.

Sharing some tips from my morning routine!💯 In the morning if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep-pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face; an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol. Because alcohol dries your skin out, and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing, protective lotion. I like morning routines. They do get you going. Having been working working from home for the past 4 months, I have begun to add specific activities to my day. While my coffee is brewing, I do a 1 to 1.5 minute plank and do that through out the day to ensure that I have about 10 minutes worth of plank every other day. I also my hourly dumbbell curl so that I can get my workout in instead of setting aside an hour at the end of the day. For some reasons, I like carbonated water more than tap water. That helps with my daily liquid intake. With the nicer weather, I may add in a walk outside if my work schedule permits.

I am impressed that you manage to squeeze all of this in just 30 minutes (and even add some social media time?!). Making bed, then making breakfast, eating, a quick rinse in the shower, getting dressed, skincare together takes me an hour. Okay, I love to daydream and enjoy silence when I eat breakfast, I usually take too much time for it. I wake up at 7 and by 8 I am just panic rushing out of the door. An hour and 30 minutes would be my perfect time for getting ready. But The daily refresh looks very nice, might add to my mornings too :)

Im impressed. This honestly looks like a "natural" morning routine guide. Most i see on this platform are coming from rich people or youtubers that dont believe what they re saying or they re promoting their product. I watch your videos from time to time and i enjoy them everytime. I havent always been concerned or interested in fashion and your channel helped a lot either with confirming some ideas i ve been having or giving me some tips or straight up guides. I really appreciate your work and hopefully this routine will work on me2.. definitely not from start 100% accurate but that lemon water and bed made got me hooked.

Some people's internal clocks are just set at different times. In the end we all sleep the average 7-8 hours regardless of what time we go to bed/wake up at.

last night in desperation i typed practical morning routine and yours pop up! a real life saver! first, a night owl like yourself. so i sleep late. wake up late. your waking up at 9am is a good example for me. i usually wake up 11ish! today i tried 9am. didn't work. but i woke up 1030am! yayy!! and to know another person has a similar morning routine to me, i wake up, drink water, wash up, brunch. today i tried doing whtat i did during long stretches of locked down again, just to get my energy going, i like the part about making bed, ya, i rarely do haha..same..we are going to sleep in it again anyway, but when you said it tricked the brain into waking up, i tried it, worked! that means, during the process of making my bed, my brain started thinking, what's next? so today i did this.. >> wake up >> pee >> drink water (i have a glass ready in my bedroom cos kitchen is downstairs) >> wash up (while praying, will start to memorise the morning prayers so i can go hp free like you until after breakfast - great tip too, i get sucked into the rabbit hole of social media most days and happily can spend 1-2hrs on it forgetting all my chores before work starts at 2pm!) >> make bed (still praying) >> 5min stretching exercise >>poop >>decided to tell you my little successes this morning before i go downstairs for brunch! certainly try to wake up earlier by another 30mins tomorrow so that i can go to the nearby park to have a 10min brisk walk before returning for brunch. i think my stomach needs adjusting for a few days before it takes in breakfast. like my mom says, normal human beings have 3 meals a day. not 3 haha.. i will try to become a normal human being mom. just in case you are curious, why am i trying to get up early again? cos i work 2-10pm, and play social media till 4am, so to wake up 11ish has been "normal". ystrdy i tried having dinner earlier, so i could sleep earlier, didn't work. i also slept at around 4am. if i could fall asleep at 3am today, that will be a little step of success for me! ok my stomach calling me.. thank you so much for sharing about your daily morning routine, it helps me to jumpstart my day today! i will try to put in a 10min brisk walk during my break in the evening. D2 21/4 Slept fitfully. Woke up 5am. Went back to sleep. Woke up 830am! Yayy!!! so today i did this.. >> wake up >> pee >> drink water >> laundry >> wash up >> make bed >> didn't feel like brekky, so started prayers before Chinese class i signed up for a Chinese language class at 9am daily, so latest i get to sleep is 130am to wake up 830am. I tried to sleep at 11pm last night but got engrossed in a book instead till 130am! My goal this week: to be in bed by 12am and wake up 7am. so i have 2hours to do all the above (including breakfast and exercise) before my 9am class.

Also according to our Indian tradition and the way of life, it is considered sacred to have meal after shower as it is believed that "Cleanliness is Godliness". It makes you feel better, cheerful and positive throughout the day. Also it is better for the digestion as there is no sudden decrease in the temperature of the stomach after breakfast that can cause if you shower. So it is healthier for the body in the long run. Try it out!

Morning routine is very important cuz people do feel more cranky when they wake up so this is very helpful buddy 👍🏼

I really like watching people's morning/daily routine's because you always learn something new and beneficial which you then can add to your own routine or at least try if it works for yourself. Great vid tim! I used your code for my first geologie order about a week ago. Some changes I've been trying are using an alarm clock instead of my phone to check the time/set alarms and definitely reducing phone time in the morning. I also agree a ton with wearing a nicer outfit even if you're staying inside -- it sets a positive, productive mood!

Hi @Tim - along with that laptop stand, I would recommend you buy a bluetooth mouse and a bluetooth keyboard from Apple. That will help you to keep hands (esp. elbows) not hanging while you type or surf, more importantly your wrist will have the support from the table and you could adjust the screen however high/low you want to keep without having to worry about typing or moving mouse along with the screen. Also the battery back up of these devices from Mac is amazing (can easily last for a month with just one-time charge). Thanks for your videos by the way. :)

Great tip: Make your bed! But It is better to open the window leave the bed open to aerate your sheets and make your bed later on, like an hour later :)
