I just found you on youtube and love love love the workouts. I have completed my second one today and cannot even begin to tell you how much your motivational talks at the end of the workout during the cool down resonate with me. Being almost 60 years old and trying to stay committed to fitness is difficult, but when you speak on the importance of taking care of ourselves, it motivated me to dig deep and keep moving daily!!

thanks for another great workout, only 30 mins but got a sweat on and heart rate up, will do a 20 min cardio now just for fun 😃

Love the stretch you use in the warm up where you lunge, lift the top arm and twist toward it, I use it like every time but I find it a lot easier to get into starting out in plank and stepping the foot to the hand and alternate that way if you want to give it a try 😊 I did your leg obliteration one this morning and pretty sure I’ll be feeling it tomorrow 😜
