I did this workout immediately following the 30 minute beginner step workout and I found this really tough! Never have had much strength in my abs and this was a real challenge for me! I definitely couldn’t maintain the positions for the full 45 seconds and was quite slow but I think I’ll come back to this and see if I can improve! Thank you Marischa!

Very good! I had one side that just fussed profusely while doing the side leg lifts but we made peace in the end. Keep them coming - you'll always have an audience here!

Hi Marischa. I tried this workout today... Great exercises that gave me a nice stretch and made me feel relaxed. It's nice that they are all mat exercises... Good for my thighs and legs. Thank you 😊
