Evening Marischa...this is my first class with you on Pilates workouts. I had a good stretching alright. It's been quite a while that I've done this Pilates exercises. Feeling a bit tight, but I loved it. I guessed that's normal. I hope the pain from my left thigh and back will be reduced. Looking forward for other Pilates workouts. Tqvm for the videos.

Balancing challenges and arm circles make this a full body workout that is gentle on the joints. I like Pilates but tend to avoid it because it can be hard on my neck, so this standing workout is perfect. Along with the stretching makes it a good addition to my collection of videos for non-cardio days. Thanks!

After yesterday's 30 minute standing abs and cardio, my butt, back of arms, and inner thighs were screaming this morning. I could hardly stand up from a seated position. I decided to do this stretching Pilates short workout. Feeling better. Maybe some flexibility yoga also. I seriously look forward to seeing what my body is able to do at almost 60 years of age. Thanx so much - Very good work ! Especially at this time, stretching and indoor walking are very important. Also very good that you do the exercises barefoot. In this way, the tendons and muscles of the feet are stabilized.

This was great - the balance rotations were my favorite move. I'd love to see more like this because I think most everyone could benefit from having their balance tested! Glad I didn't wait until tomorrow to do this because my muscles needed it today. Thanks Marischa!
