One of the best quotes I've ever heard is, "Being human means always getting back up.". My goal is to become a better version of myself every day. Health wise, emotionally, being there for family and friends, being more organized and productive. I know it sounds like a lot jam-packed into one sentence, but honestly, if we do tough things that seem overwhelming in tiny steps forward each day, at the end of the week we've made progress. The end of the month? More progress. Before we blink, a year will have gone by and, if we stuck it out, we're in a stronger place for it. Thank you for another encouraging, powerful ride and a great start to my Monday! If you're reading this and you're having a really rough day/week/month, please know that it will get better. 2023 is coming to a close and you're still here, pushing forward and standing strong. We're all in this together!

I can't explain all the good this sessions are doing for me. Thanks for sharing it with us, and support us on this. This one was really awesome, I follow one of your videos each day, this is on my daily routine now. I've been making changes in order to have this sacred 45 minutes (I don't skip the stretches) for me everyday and it's changing me in too many levels, I simply can not believe! So my goal is to show myself some respect, show up for myself each day, lose weight and have fun, you're making it possible! Thanks a lot!!

Such and amazing ride, each time I jump on the bike or do one of your strength workouts, I feel myself getting stronger. Stronger is the goal and with your help each day and the motivation you give I feel my goal becoming reality. The action is to push play, the results come from giving it everything and when you don't think you have it in you push just a little bit harder. You end up surprising yourself. I know I sure have. Wow!!! I love riding with you 🎉 My goal for fitness and biking is 3 times a week on the bike, 4 yoga classes a week, body weight exercises 2 times a week, and 2 climbing 🧗♀️ sessions a week! Reduce sugar and cheese cravings with water and fruit/avocado as snacks instead! Thanks again! You really help me get to it!

I've been having some wild health issues since Thanksgiving... I thought life was counting me out, but here I am, back at it. First ride since, and while it wasn't easy, I wasn't discouraged. Walls pop up and we need to keep mowing them down and pedaling towards the life we want. ❤

During Incredible the intentional focus and small increases I pushed for in strength training made huge gains in losing inches all over and gaining definition. My goal is to keep being intentional and making progress towards being as healthy as I can be!

Hi Kaliegh, thank you for your videos. I actually am doing arm biking (I am paraplegic) to your videos. But I have obviously adapted it for me. When you do some of the standing up I either just up the resistance or I backwards pedal or both. My goal is to tone my arms of course but also lose some weight too. It has helped a lot to have your motivation and your music makes it fun too! Thank you.

Coming back after hand surgery November 30 and 12 days in a hard cast (so “ no sweating”). In a removable splint for the next 6 weeks and then months of PT. This is a long haul. No lifting or golf for a loooonnnnggggg time. But excited to do 15 minutes of this ride. Thanks for the motivation! Sorry ‘bout the Dawgs, Jason!
