This is my 2nd pregnancy with pregnancy and postpartum tv. First labor was only 11 hrs total, 4 hrs of intensity, and 20 mins pushing. I was walking talking eating and drinking my whole labor. I felt so prepared and strong, i literally had abs at 6 months pregnant. Gave birth to a 9lb healthy baby boy completely natural and unmedicated at a birthing center. Only gained about 35 pounds and dropped the weight to pre pregnancy in less than a year. All thanks to this woman for keeping me in shape and prepped for labor. Currently 15 wks with baby #2, preparing for a homebirth this time. Thank you so much, couldnt recommend you enough to any woman pregnant or not to try your videos.

Ladies, do her workouts, she does them the best! After my first pregnancy and delivery, all I can say that big role for my amazing experience have theese videos. My whole pregnancy I've been working out only with her videos, I was very fit, didn't gained weight, and I was blessed with fast and easy natural delivery without any medication, and after all that, people can't believe that almost just a week postpartum I looked like I haven' t been pregnant at all, I was allways fit, but I have amazed myself how fast I've recovered from birth. Also, I was able to do everything by myself just few days after. Now, I'm 2 months postpartum, I'm enjoying with my beautiful, healthy daughter, I'm breastfeeding and I look like before pregnancy, no stretch marks and some abs 😀 So as I said, I believe that is all like that because I was active and worked out with theese videos, Thank you so much Jessica for what you are doing for women ❤

This is amazing! Did you follow any of her specific workouts or eating plan, or just try to do one every day? 24 weeks pregnant and this is my second week doing these videos 3-4 times per week. Thank you!!

@@annawagenhauser4068 I combined her leg workout 2 times per week, once cardio and one upper body workout weekly. No specific eating plan. Enjoy your pregnancy, good luck!

Absolutely loved this! I work full time and have two older kids, so I don't have a ton of time (or energy) to workout this pregnancy. But this was efficient and a great workout!

I am currently 14 weeks with baby number two!! I gained 70lbs during my last pregnancy and I would like to avoid that if possible this time around 😂🙌🏼 the workout has me SWEATING but man I feel great and the most energized I have so far throughout this pregnancy!! Definitely gonna save this one and keep up on it!

I recommend consecutively doing several of the workout videos she’s already posted as part of your workout regimen! That’s what I do to dedicate an hour and a half block of my time to wellness. There’s a lot of great content to choose from. 🙂

Hi Jessica I am in 20th week and they diagnosed me with placenta previa (placenta is covering my cervix). I used to do your workouts every single day for the past 5 months and now I miss working out (I have been advised not to do too heavy weight/cardio). Can you please make a video with workouts that is safe for placenta previa?

Her pregnancy workout challenge calendar has a workout everyday of the week with one day of rest. But really it's up you how many you want to do.
