Yes don't be fooled by the duration we have RAMPED up the intensity for you guys. Remember to stretch and take longer rests if you need them in the workouts.

holy crap on a cracker. wow. this was hard. not lying just being honest the two five minute sessions i skipped as much as i could and then finished with body weight. yet again earth to alex make sure you read the whole workout lol.

Jump rope is part of my training schedule I use it for my cardio sessions every alternate day. When I am not jumping I will do strength training which can be bodyweight skills or dumbbells circuits. There is always lots of core and every session ends with stretching.
