These are the best UX/quality videos I've seen so far. - Music is perfectly synchronized with the exercises. - Sound cues are pleasant and on time. - High contrast timer. - High quality video: it's always clear what exactly to do. - Perfectly timed decently sized previews. Love it, make more ab videos without equipment.

I love that the exercises are not repetitive, it's making me a lot more motivated than doing 3 sets of everything! Also, thanks for bringing back the band workouts!

I’ve been working out exclusively with long bands for over two years, and your exercise series with these bands is the best I’ve found. I’m pouring sweat, struggling to keep up with your pace and sore the next day(s). Amazing work. Keep it up!

Hi Daniel I just wanted to say I like the silent workouts but I preffer the ones where you are screaming motivational stuff throughout the video, specialy because you always point out mistakes I could make right before I make them and that always helps me to keep my form in check, but regardless of that I love every single video you post, by far my favorite trainer.

Love the long band workouts!!! I always feel so good when I'm done, it seems to work out some of my muscle kinks!!!

That was one of best workouts I’ve had in a long time. Suffering with acl/meniscus tear knee and this was ideal could complete all the workouts amazing and highly recommend

Thanks, this was what I needed today! I wanted to do some strength work but had a crick in my neck and rhomboids - this felt good since it was both strengthening and stretchy.

Great video and workout routine! I had to pause at 6 to point out a potential safety concern. Attaching the resistance band to a wooden stair rail seems risky since the base might not handle the force and could come loose. If that happens, it could cause a serious injury. Just wanted to share this for safety’s sake. Thanks for the great content!

Resistance of the bands and not the same as the weights! The more you stretch the bands the more resistance you have …with the weights you have basically the same amount of resistance during the movement. I hope this make sense.

Thank you for great workout. Currently my body type is Skinny fat as I only did outdoor cardio for loosing weight. With these exercises I am trying to retain and gain muscle mass. I am not gym person so I am only using bands for now. Do you think with resistance bands and following these exercises I can gain muscle mass and change body type from skinny fat?

If the resistance is challenging enough for your muscles they will response and you will grow muscles indeed!

you can of COURSE, but you have to increase the kilos or lbs for the bands, as far as you're gonna progress, to challenge muscles..

I got a few eyebolts from the hardware store and installed them into a beam in my wall. They’re not pretty, but I put them in a spot where they’re not noticeable and they work perfectly. Hope this helps!
