Ive watched this video at least 100 times. I've never paid for yoga and I stumbled across it several years ago. Ive been doing it once a week since at least 2012. Just wanted to thank you for posting! It dawned on me today I've never watched any other youtube yoga. I need to diversify. Its been great, but I'm moving on. Not only have they helped me further my own personal yoga practice but everytime I sit on the mat after a hard day and use one of your videos to unwind and relax, I always finish practice feeling uplifted and happy, which is sometimes quite a hard thing for me to achieve. I see progress in my flexibility by following your sequences. I also tried other KZbin yoga beginner courses but have to say I like your sequences and voice best :). My team in the office moved to newly remodeled floor with open workspaces. As someone with social anxiety, I was happy to see a meditation room on the floor. Can you suggestion short maybe 15 minutes stress management type practice?

Loved this Candace, thank you! When I stretch my arms over my legs and grab onto my feet from the top, I feel my upper back stretch (even though I'm trying to keep the focus on stomach to thighs). So now I grab my feet from the sides and that helps. Do you have any recommended videos for super tight hips?

Hello Candace! :) I just want to ask you, I workout daily doing zuzkalight workouts and I'm starting to incorporate yoga as well, hoe many minutes a day of yoga would be a good start to build up to become amazing like you!? I love my strength training workouts, but I love the flexibility in yoga and how good it makes your body feel. So far right now, I warm up and cool down with two of your videos, but I don't know if that's enough. Also, how do I know which of your videos to pair up? Thank you! ;)
